This policy explains what SoulGen AI (soulgenaitool.com) collects and why. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Account: your email and a hashed password, if you create an account.
• Chats and characters: your messages, the characters' replies and the characters you build - so they are there when you come back.
• Usage: how many messages you send per day (for the free limit) and technical logs (IP address, browser) kept for security for a short time.
• Payments: the transaction reference. We never see or store card numbers or wallet keys.

Cookies

One cookie remembers that you confirmed you are an adult; one keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to run the Service: to show your chats, generate replies and images, enforce limits and safety rules, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data and do not use your chats for advertising.

Who processes it

Our servers and the AI models that generate replies and images are operated by us or providers acting on our instructions. Content passes through them only to produce your result.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or the deletion of your account and its whole history: write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Guest data with no activity for 90 days is deleted.
